» Horseradish Cream Sauce
- 4 Tbs. Horseradish
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. REX Creole Mustard
- 1 tsp. REX Whole Sweet Basil
Mix together all ingredients. Heat in a saucepan on low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
- 2 dz. oysters
- 3 eggs
- 4 oz. beer
- 3 Tbs. REX Louisiana Red Hot Sauce
- 3 Tbs. REX Creole Mustard
- 10 oz. REX Fish Fry
- 1 cup corn meal
- 3 Tbs. REX Dry Crab Boil
- oil for fryer
Set deep fryer to 350. Mix eggs, beer, REX Louisiana Red Hot Sauce and REX Creole Mustard. Add oysters and set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Blend REX Fish Fry, corn meal and REX Dry Crab Boil. Dredge oysters in mix. Fry for 2 minutes in deep fryer. Serve with horseradish cream sauce.
